In a 5-4 decision today, the Supreme Court ruled that suspected terrorists that are being held by the US have a constitutional right to challenge their detentions in civilian courts, according to the AP.

This decision is a blow to the Bush administration who has argued that terror suspects have no rights.

Justice Kennedy wrote the decion for the court stating, "The laws and Constitution are designed to survive, and remain in force, in extraordinary times." Chief Justice Roberts wrote the dissent.

One of the lawyers for the detainees, David Cynamon also commented on the case.

"The decision is a powerful expression of the principle that the Constitution applies even, and especially, in times of war and crisis, and that our Constitution does not allow the creation of a legal black hole like Guantanamo."

Where Office 2010 goes 'wrong', or Office 2010 atleast 'over the top' is that there are SO MANY FUNCTIONS. There's Office 2010 professional more here than most people will ever use.
