Sunday Morning Mashup, Week 11, March 23, 2008:The U.S. reached the fifth year of war in Iraq this week. The U.S. economy shows signs that it is faltering with a high number of home foreclosures, bankruptcies, and news the stock prices of major investing firm, Bear-Stearns, dropping down to two dollars a share. The contest for the Democratic Party's Presidential nomination between Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton is ongoing with Pennsylvania being the next significant state voting at the end of April.
The Sunday Morning political talk shows focus on the Economy, Iraq War, and The Democratic Presidential primaries.
